SERVICES AND PACKAGES
Inspirational Touches offers prices ranging from $25.00 to $150.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. All additional time will be billed by the hour. Best of All--Inspirational Touches does NOT limit you to a pre-designed package, rather, we allow you to customize services to suit your special needs.

Q: How can a your Interior or Event Decorating Services help me?
A: Inspirational Touches Decorator's are available to assist you with with the deisgn and layout of your living or working space. They will work with your through the process of creating a vision for your decorations and assist you in bringing that vision to life.
Q: Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?
A: No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges plus hourly rate.
Q: How will I know what additional service charges that will be applied?
A: Inspirational Touches will provide receipts for all hourly and additional charges. We will do our best to estimate any costs that may be required.
Q: Do I need to be concerned about my personal information being released to outside sources?
A: No, we are responsible professionals and all dealings will be kept confidential.
Q: Do you only service the Baton Rouge area?
A: No, we service East and West Baton Rouge, East and West Feliciana, Livingston, Ascension, Iberville and Pointe Coupee parishes.
Q: I have a relative who is older and handicapped at home, Will you assist with services for the elderly?
A: Yes. Check with us for discounts for the Senior and Handicapped citizens.
Methods of Payment Accepted include:
- Personal and Business Checks
- Certified Checks or Money Orders
- Cash
SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We will reply to all requests for service within 24 - 48 hours.
- We request that you provide at least 48 hour lead time. We will do our best to fulfill requests for service as promptly as possible on a first come, first served basis.
- Inspirational Touches works primarily in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Services rendered outside of these areas will incur additional expenses.
- Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed.
- Some tasks/projects may have a flat rate of service fee (i.e. event decorating for a wedding; but, not limited to cost of certain merchandise to complete service)
- Rates for after hours holidays, and weekend service will exceed normal hourly rate.
- Cancellations require 24 hour notice or a $25 fee applies
- We respectfully request payment at time of services rendered and deposits to be paid (when required)
- All errand rates include time from the beginning of the task to 15 miles of travel. Travel over 15 miles will be billed at 82 cents per mile.
- Inspirational Touches maintains the right to refuse any business that is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.
- Inspirational Touches reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
- Inspirational Touches takes no responsibility for any damages suffered as a result of using their services. In no event will Inspirational Touches be liable for any lost revenue, profit or data, ,or for direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, however caused regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of the use of Inspirational Touches services.

Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice are scheduled with a convenience fee of $20 to accommodate necessary scheduling changes.
